Absolutely! We welcome everyone. A big part of Adventure Girls is having the opportunity to try something you've never done before. The Adventure Girls is supportive community, we encourage, support and we never leave anyone behind. We are your cheerleaders as well as your friends. For specialist activities we will work with appropriate instructors and activity providers.

Not at all. You don't need to convince anyone to join. We're here to help you meet people who share your love for the outdoors. We will make the introductions and help you feel welcome when you arrive. Come alone. Leave with friends.

Our events range from relaxed coffee mornings, skills workshops and gentle walks to longer hikes and more challenging adventures. There is something for everyone. Each event will explain the expected difficulty so that you can decide whether it is right for you.

Yes. Selected events will be available Pay As You Go, so that you can experience The Cotswold Adventure Girls without committing to a monthly membership.

Most events will take place throughout the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. Occasionally we will travel further afield from a particularly good adventure. The location and meeting information will always be provided with the event details.​We offer a vast variety of different events and are always looking for new adventure to try. Whether it's hiking, paddle boarding, wild swimming, cycling, learning skills such as foraging, survival techniques or simply a walk in the countryside with a coffee to finish we are up for anything. If there is anything you've always wanted to try pop us a message!!

We will tell you everything you need to know before each event, including recommended clothing, footwear and equipment. For specialist adventures some equipment may be provided.

Book the adventure! Feeling nervous is completely normal - and is one of the reasons that this community exists. Once you book onto an event you will have the opportunity to join the event WhatsApp group, giving you the opportunity to talk to other participants ahead of the event, you will also be introduced to your event host so you know who to look for on the day. We will provide you with all the information you need, where to go, where to park, what to bring, etc. On the day your host will do all the introductions and ensure that you feel welcome. If you have any questions at all or even just feel slightly nervous about heading to an event drop your host or us a private message, we are your support and are here to help.

We are an outdoor community, so a bit of rain will not necessarily stop us! Events will continue where conditions are appropriate and safe. If weather makes an activity unsafe, we will contact booked participants with information about changes, postponement or cancellation.

Please cancel as soon as you know you cannot attend. Refunds, transfers and credits depend on the event and how far in advance you cancel. You will find full details in our Event Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policy.

We may arrange photography or filming at selected events for our website and social media. We'll provide appropriate information where organised promotional filming is taking place, and you can let us know if you dont want to take part.
